Shipping

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After processing, delivery takes 2–6 business days. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Golden Shore Apparel is looking to expand internationally by 2027.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging (with SKU label) for orders shipped to US customers. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order and shipped back within 7 days of submission for a full refund.

How do I start a return?

Go to Account > Orders, locate your order, adjust quantities, select a return reason, and submit. Some reasons may require a photo. Once approved, you'll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with a return shipping label and instructions.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or a damaged/defective item. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 

Are there any non-returnable items?

Yes. Beauty and Jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does it take to process my refund?

Once we receive your return, processing takes 5–7 business days. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Orders

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@goldenshoreapparel.com if you need to cancel or modify your order. We'll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

Please report damaged or defective items immediately by contacting us at info@goldenshoreapparel.com with photos of the issue. We'll make it right.
